測定白色和淺色鞋幫材料、鞋底材料、皮革、PU、織物等鞋用材料，對光線照射的耐黃變程度

Determination of white and light-colored upper materials, sole material, leather, PU, fabric and other shoe materials for the extent of anti-yellowing to light.

技術參數Techniques：

1.試驗箱：內部尺寸50×50×60cm，鏡面不銹鋼制作

 Specimen box: inner size: 50 x 50 x 60cm, made by stainless steel.

2．內裝太陽燈泡光源，發(fā)出的光線近似太陽光，光源：功率為300W、電壓（220&plun;10）V的燈泡，燈泡紫外線光波波長為（280～400）nm，并有部分可見光，燈泡紫外線強度為（25&plun;0.4）W/m2，燈泡光源每次不間斷工作3h～24h以上，須質量穩(wěn)定，使用壽命至少1100h。

Sun light bulb inside, emiting ray similar to sunlight, the light source; Power 300W, voltage (220 &plun; 10) V light bulb; bulb ultraviolet light wavelength is (280 ~ 400) nm, and some visible light, bulb ultraviolet light intensity is (25 &plun; 0.4) W/m2, bulb light workd uninterruptedly for more than 3h~4h each time, and must make quality stable, and the life using for at least 1100h.

3.箱內以熱風循環(huán)式加熱，溫度～120℃可調（一般試驗工作溫度（50&plun;2）℃）。

Heating for inner box with hot air circulation, temperature~120℃adjustable ( general test temperature（50&plun;2）℃)

4.計時控制：到達設定的試驗工作時間自動停機，0-99.99小時

Time control:  arriving the setting test working time, automatically shutdown, 0-99.99hours.

5. LCD數顯溫度，試驗箱內溫度控制在&plun;2℃范圍內。

LCD dial display temperature, temperature precise control within the range of&plun;2℃for test box.

6.箱體為玻璃纖維保溫層。

 Box is for gl fiber insulation layer.

7.試樣架：由托盤、托盤支撐桿組成，并且可以調整試樣放置的高度（試樣離燈泡底距離為（250&plun;2）mm），試樣架下部裝有旋轉盤，帶動托盤旋轉以試樣照射均勻。旋轉盤尺寸Ф450mm，并標示Ф300mm和Ф75mm兩個同心圓周位置。試樣托盤轉速0～50r/min可調（一般工作速度為（3&plun;1）r/min）。

Sample frame: composed of the tray, tray supporting bar, and can adjust the height of the placed sample ( distance between sample and the bottom of bulb is (250 &plun; 2) mm), equiped with rotation disk on the lower part of sample frame, and drive to rotating tray to ensure irradiation of sample uniform.  Size of rotating disk isФ450mm, and markedФ300mm andФ75mm for location of two concentric circles. Sample tray speed is 0 ~ 50r/min adjustable ( general working speed is（3&plun;1）r/min ).

8．配置觀察窗：不透明（波長的光線投射率為0）薄片。尺寸至少20×20mm。
