1     試驗臺控制和顯示系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)控制計算機和單片計算機MCS51雙系統(tǒng)完全獨立控制，拉開操作面板下的窗口即可啟用作為備用控制系統(tǒng)的數(shù)顯功能。

2        主機傳動采用變頻調(diào)速，調(diào)速范圍在±4000轉(zhuǎn)/分。

 3        量油計數(shù)、主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、齒桿行程、提前角度，均采用四位數(shù)顯。

 噴油泵試驗臺根據(jù)所調(diào)試的油泵，選用適當?shù)母骄?，可進行如下項目的調(diào)試： 

 1        測試不同轉(zhuǎn)速下噴油泵的各缸供油量和供油均勻性。 

 2        測試噴油泵的供油始點及供油間隔角度。 

 3        調(diào)速器工作性能的檢查及調(diào)整。 

 4        壓力補償性能的測試及檢查。 

 5        分配泵工作性能的測試及調(diào)整。 

6        冷啟動裝置及電磁閥性能檢查。 

7        分配泵各種轉(zhuǎn)速下的回油量測量。（選裝） 

 8        分配泵各種轉(zhuǎn)速下的內(nèi)壓測定。 

 9        噴油泵密封性能實驗。 

10   檢查輸油泵自吸功能。 

 11   存儲、修改噴油泵調(diào)試數(shù)據(jù)并生成數(shù)據(jù)庫。
