試劑：二氯甲烷、丙酮、甲醇、無水硫酸鈉（訂貨號：ECSS50K）

萃取柱：Enviro-Clean 通用型C18萃取柱（訂貨號：ECUNIC18）萃取柱的預(yù)處理：將10ml二氯甲烷注入萃取柱，浸潤約1.5分鐘后，使其通過柱子流出。

然后向萃取柱中加10ml丙酮，同樣浸潤約1.5分鐘，使其通過柱子流出。萃取柱在負(fù)壓下用空氣干燥幾秒鐘。然后向柱中加入約10ml甲醇，浸潤約1.5分鐘。從現(xiàn)在起到加入樣品的過程中不可以讓柱變干，使甲醇通過柱子流出，剩余部分以剛好浸沒填料為準(zhǔn)。有機(jī)氯殺蟲劑（固相萃取液相法）       有機(jī)氯殺蟲劑的提取

再加入約20ml去離子水，使大部分水通過柱子流出，以不讓吸附劑變干為準(zhǔn)。
樣品加入：用濃硫酸(大約每升30滴)將樣品的PH值調(diào)到2，不要用PH紙來測量去離子水的PH值，這樣誤差會很大。有機(jī)氯殺蟲劑的提取  向樣品加入5ml甲醇(可選)和一些替代物質(zhì)，混勻。在負(fù)壓下把樣品加入柱子頂端，樣品在15-20分鐘通過柱子是理想的，并讓柱子在真空下干燥10分鐘。

提取物洗脫：在柱子下放置接收管或是收集小瓶。在樣品瓶中加入10ml丙酮收集剩余物質(zhì)，然后注入柱中，使溶液浸潤一分鐘后，將丙酮抽入收集裝置中，用10ml的二氯甲烷重復(fù)此步驟兩次，將提取物通過無水硫酸鈉干燥。

用二氯甲烷仔細(xì)清洗收集裝置并將溶液加入無水硫酸鈉干燥。
富集和分析：小心地濃縮提取物，必要時可以更換溶劑。
注意：大部分的提取誤差是由條件比較差的濃縮設(shè)備引起的。Enviro-Clean通用型C18萃取柱可用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)真空歧管(#VMFF-016GL)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)固相萃取圓盤(#EUCTVAC6)和轉(zhuǎn)換器（#ECUCTADP）。在干燥和振蕩時移動柱子或是在
柱底開孔引出濕氣都可以加快干燥的速度。干燥次數(shù)應(yīng)適當(dāng)以使柱子不要太干，不然重現(xiàn)性會變差。
該柱是Horizon科技專門為Horizon SPE DEX4790設(shè)計制造的。
