       ZYVF-L10型LED觀片燈是針對JB/T4730-2005《承壓設(shè)備無損檢測》和GB/T 19802-2005《工業(yè)射線照相底片觀片燈》新的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制的新產(chǎn)品。
光源采用大功率的LED面光源，使其在高亮度下，依舊具備極高的均勻度，且理論工作壽命在50，000小時以上，是現(xiàn)有工業(yè)射線底片觀片燈的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。
       此外，還具有造型美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、光線均勻穩(wěn)定、使用可靠、攜帶方便、亮度可任意調(diào)節(jié)等特點(diǎn)，是目前理想的X射線照像底片觀察燈具。能廣泛適用于機(jī)械、化工、航空、造船、鍋爐、電力等單位射線照像底片的評定工作。便攜堅(jiān)固耐用的外觀設(shè)計(jì)，使其極度適合在野外流動性的場合工作。觀察屏材料采用日本三菱株式社生產(chǎn)的亞克力板，具有超越玻璃的透光性，良好的慢散射性能，并且持久耐用，不變形、不變色，可清晰地觀察到在4.0D黑度底片上的微小缺陷，滿足了日常使用的需求。
       該產(chǎn)品還根據(jù)人眼生理學(xué)的特點(diǎn)，限定LED的色溫在8000K左右，不刺眼，即使長時間地觀看，眼睛也不易疲勞。采用針對LED觀片燈而設(shè)計(jì)的恒流驅(qū)動方式，更大程度上保證了LED的正常工作，從而達(dá)到延長壽命的目的。低壓電子脈寬調(diào)制方式的亮度無級調(diào)光，進(jìn)一步保障了使用者的安全，具備腳踏模式和手動模式，滿足不同工作習(xí)慣，節(jié)能環(huán)保。
