初粘性試驗(yàn)機(jī)Initial Viscosity Tester

設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB/T4852 ,CNS11888  (A法)

          GB/T4852,PSTC-7     (B法)

用途：膠帶初粘性滾球試驗(yàn)機(jī)分為A法和B法兩種機(jī)型，適用于壓敏膠粘帶的初粘性測(cè)試。

A法：將不同大小之鋼球在斜面上滾動(dòng)100mm在接觸膠帶，利用膠帶之粘著特性，鋼球停止記錄鋼球之號(hào)數(shù)及在膠帶上之距離來(lái)判斷其初始粘性。

B法：提供一個(gè)固定角度之鋼球助軌跑道，再利用規(guī)定尺寸鋼球被膠帶粘住前所滾過(guò)之距離，來(lái)判斷膠帶之初期粘性。

 Use: This BALL TESTER have A , B two kinds of machine, which applicable to pressure sensitive adhesive tapes of initial adhesion test.

    Method A:Let different size of the ball rolling 100mm on the slant then contact the tape , using the features of adhesive tape and the stop records of the steel ball’s numbers and the distance from the tape to determine its initial viscosity.

    Method B:To provide a fixed angle of the steel ball‘srun-up track, re-use the measurement steel ball’s rolling distance before it sticked by the tape to determine the initial sticky tape.
