倒吊桶式疏水閥
倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥它是利用冷凝水和蒸汽密度差的工作原理，內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)是由杠桿系統(tǒng)連接倒吊桶，克服蒸汽壓力開(kāi)關(guān)。倒吊桶式疏水閥內(nèi)部是一個(gè)倒吊桶為液位敏感件，吊桶開(kāi)口向下。裝置剛啟動(dòng)時(shí)，管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)空氣和低溫冷凝水，此時(shí)疏水閥是全開(kāi)放，空氣和低溫冷凝水迅速排出，裝置很快提升溫度。當(dāng)蒸汽進(jìn)入倒吊桶內(nèi)，倒吊桶產(chǎn)生向上浮力，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥芯關(guān)閉閥門(mén)。倒吊桶上開(kāi)有一小孔，能自動(dòng)排空氣，當(dāng)一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產(chǎn)生凝結(jié)水，倒吊桶失去浮力向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動(dòng)閥芯開(kāi)啟閥門(mén)。當(dāng)蒸汽再進(jìn)入倒吊桶內(nèi)，閥門(mén)再關(guān)閉，循環(huán)工作，間斷排水。
倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥是機(jī)械型蒸汽疏水閥中堅(jiān)固的疏水閥之一，它的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：不怕水擊，能連續(xù)排不冷凝氣體，抗污性能好；背壓≥90%，所有內(nèi)件都是不銹鋼制造，耐磨損、抗腐蝕；球形閥芯和閥座是線接觸，密封性能好，使用壽命長(zhǎng)；間斷排水和連續(xù)排水，能排接近飽和溫度冷凝水，使加熱設(shè)備達(dá)到工作效率。倒吊桶式蒸汽疏水閥的閥座處于水密封的保護(hù)下，工作時(shí)無(wú)新鮮蒸汽泄漏，節(jié)能效果好。
它適用于石油、化工、印刷、造紙、制藥等工業(yè)蒸汽加熱設(shè)備和蒸汽管網(wǎng)的阻汽排水。
Inverted Bucket Trap
The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap: this valve adopts the operating principles of density difference between condensate water and steam, and the leverage system connects with inverted bucket to form its internal structure, thus controlling the open and close of the steam pressure. The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap is an inverted bucket, a liquid level sensitive part, with the bucket’s opening downward. When the device just started, air and low temperature condensate water occur in the pipes, at the moment the steam trap opens thoroughly, the air and low-temperature condensate water are discharged rapidly and the temperature of the device rises immediately. When any steam enters into the inverted bucket, the bucket will obtain buoyancy and the fixed lever of the bucket drives the valve core to close the valve. There is small aperture on the inverted bucket, which can discharge air automatically. As some of steam is discharged from such aperture, while other steam produces condensate water. The inverted bucket loses the buoyancy and sinks down and its fixed lever drives the valve core to open the valve. When the steam re-enters into the bucket, the valve will close again. It repeats the said procedures to discharge water intermittently.
The interior of the inverted bucket steam trap is one of the most strong steam traps among mechanical steam trap, and its strength are shown as follows: can resist water hammer and drain non-condensing air continuously, with good anti-pollution performance; the maximum back pressure being ≥90%; all internal parts are made of stainless steel with anti-abrasion and anti-erosion capability; the spheric valve core and valve seat realize line contact, with excellent sealing performance and long service life; it can drain intermittently and continuously and can discharge the condensate water that is nearly at saturation temperature to offer optimal work efficiency to the heating equipment, its steam trap valve seat is protected by water sealing, so no fresh steam will leak out during the operating process to obtain good energy-saving effects.
The product applies to such industrial steam heating equipment as petroleum, chemical, printing, paper making and pharmaceuticals and discharge of the steam pipe network.

Merits
1. All moving parts of the internal cavity are made of stainless steel, capable of resistance to abrasion and erosion.
2. As the steam cannot reach the sealed aperture of the valve seat by water, the steam will not lose but has high efficiency and save energy.
3. The float bucket is located inversely. It can resist to water’s strike and has long service lift.

7. The valve seat and valve disc are located at the top of the valve. The valve disc allows the pollutants to pass, so it attains good self-cleaning performance, without affected by pollutants.
