Subsea
PetrolValves offers Ball, Gate, Check, and Choke valves for subsea service, meeting API 6D, API 6DSS, API 6A, API 17D standards, and deployed currently to 3,000 m / 10,000 ft water depth. These designs typically incorporate robust metal seating, internal metallurgy and weld overlays suitable for the harsh subsea environment and anticipated fluids, and internal sealing technology to ensure long lasting performance.
PetrolValves has a Specialty Actuation department that designs and manufactures single and double acting actuators and gearboxes for our Ball and Gate valves. These actuators and gearboxes have been qualified and deployed to 3,000 m / 10,000 ft water depth.
The actuators and subsea gearboxes can be fixed, or ROV and diver retrievable, should the client require this capability.
