丹富斯全焊接球閥材質(zhì)：

1）：閥體：碳鋼ST37.0，A106-B；20號(hào)鋼

2）：球體：不銹鋼304或316

3）：閥桿：2Cr13

丹富斯焊接球閥性能：

1）：不需要維護(hù)，調(diào)整及潤(rùn)滑，易于安裝，在低運(yùn)行費(fèi)用下長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行。表面采用噴塑處理技術(shù)，光澤美觀，在國(guó)內(nèi)已處于水平。不會(huì)有外部泄漏等現(xiàn)象。閥體是焊接結(jié)構(gòu)，所以閥門(mén)重量輕且易于進(jìn)行緣。安裝調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)，簡(jiǎn)便，操作手柄可以拆下，換向安裝。

2）：由于閥座是由碳纖維增強(qiáng)特氟隆密封環(huán)及碟形簧構(gòu)成的，所以對(duì)壓力和溫度的變化適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)，在標(biāo)注壓力和溫度范圍內(nèi)泄滑。

3）：球體的加工過(guò)程有的計(jì)算機(jī)檢測(cè)儀跟蹤檢測(cè)，所以球體的加工高。

4）：由于閥體材料跟管道材質(zhì)一樣，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力不均，也不會(huì)由于地震及車輛經(jīng)過(guò)地面時(shí)而產(chǎn)生變形，管道耐老化。

5）：整體式全焊接，等徑及變徑通道，采用固定球及浮動(dòng)球，雙活塞效應(yīng)密封系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)
