H—2016智能電池容量測試儀使用說明書

一、本儀器采用微電腦技術、PID自動控制、恒流放電，放電電流為0．5~10A可調(diào)（恒流），放電時間自動記錄、保存，電流、總電壓、單只電壓﹑時間顯示，能測定電池的容量?？蓹z測標稱12V，24V，36V，48V,72V的電池組。終止電壓：10.5V，21V，31.5V，42V，63V,自動判別電池組電壓。是鉛酸電池生產(chǎn)，檢測，維修以及售后處理的備工具。                                     

二、相關標準：

1，根據(jù)國標在25℃環(huán)境溫度下，以兩小時率來測試電池容量，即7AH的電池以7/2=3.5A的電流放電，10AH電池的電池以10/2=5A的電流放電，依次類推。一般的新電池能120分鐘以上的放電時間。

2，電池容量計算公式：{放電時間T（分）÷60×放電電流I（A）}AH。

三：操作步驟：

1，插好并擰緊正夾頭、負夾頭和采樣線夾頭.

      2，插上電源（AC220V），”嘀”一聲電源指示燈亮。

      3，按“設定”鍵，默認值為10A，按“▲▼”鍵調(diào)節(jié)所需要的電流。（0.5-10A）

4,電池組串聯(lián)好,電池之間用1.5平方以上的電線連接,電線要求盡量短;串聯(lián)好的電池的編號由負到正依次為①號②號③號④號.

5,分電壓夾頭連接方法;1號電池正,2號電池正,3號電池正,各接一根,(采樣黃線)不分序號,自動設別.

6，按“放/停”鍵即開始放電，放電結束，保存放電時間,顯示每只電池電壓。

7,當放電過程中按一下“設定”鍵,顯示當前各單電壓及總電壓,再按返回原來狀態(tài).

8,儀器放電過程中不能設定電流值,只能在放電之前先設定好電流值放電.

9,本儀器帶充電接口,放電完成自動充電,充電器自配.

四、隨機配件:

六、注意事項：

Second, the related standard:

Three: operation steps:

1, insert and screw down the positive chuck and anode chuck and sample line chuck.

2, plug (AC220V), "di" 1 power indicator.

3, press "set" button, the default value of 10, press "▲▼" button to adjust needed current. (0.5-10A)

4, battery, the battery is used between series more than 1.5 square wire connection, wire requirements as far as possible short, Tandem good battery anode to positive in turn by the Numbers as (1), (2), (3), (4) number.

5, divide voltage chuck connection method, 1 the battery anode, 2 battery anode 3 battery anode, each connect a root, (sampling yellow line) regardless of serial number, automatic set don't.

6, press "put/s" button, it will begin to discharge end of discharging, save discharge time, showing every only battery voltage.

7 and when discharging process click "setup" button to display the current each single voltage and total voltage, and press return to its original shape.

8, instrument discharge process cannot set current only at discharge before setting good result discharge.

9. The instrument with charging interface, complete discharge automatically charges, charger the mixed.
