1)過(guò)濾器要用于壓力沒(méi)有脈動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合。
2)用壓差表測(cè)定過(guò)濾器兩端壓降,當(dāng)壓降大于0.1MPa時(shí),應(yīng)更換過(guò)濾元件。
3)應(yīng)垂直安裝。從觀察窗能看見(jiàn)液面時(shí),應(yīng)打開(kāi)手動(dòng)排水閥放水。
4)使用自動(dòng)排水器時(shí),排水管外徑使用10mm、長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)小于5m。若空壓機(jī)功率小于3.7kW,須使用常閉型自動(dòng)排水器。若使用常開(kāi)型自動(dòng)排水器,有可能不能停止向外排氣。
5)主管路過(guò)濾器上可帶濾芯阻塞指示器。當(dāng)過(guò)濾器兩端壓降大于0.1MPa時(shí),紅色指示器露出,此時(shí)應(yīng)更換濾芯。
安裝在主管路中。清除壓縮空氣中的油污、水和粉塵等,以下游干燥器的工作效率,延長(zhǎng)精密過(guò)濾器的使用時(shí)間。
