4.2.4指示功能Indication function：

4.2.4.1接通電源，空載狀態(tài)下（沒(méi)有待充電電池）充電器指示燈顯藍(lán)色。

When power-on and under light condition( no rechargeable battery),the indicator lamp of chargeris on blue

4.2.4.2將對(duì)應(yīng)的待充電電池正確接入后，充電器指示燈顯紅色，也表明充電器正在給電池充電。

The indicator lamp of charger is on red, after inserting the proper rechargeable battery in the charger. That show the battery is charging

4.2.4.3當(dāng)電池充至臨界飽和或充滿時(shí)充電器指示為藍(lán)色。當(dāng)電池剛好充至臨界飽和（即剛轉(zhuǎn)為藍(lán)色）時(shí)再充30-60分鐘，此時(shí)電池處于飽和狀態(tài)。

The indicator lamp will be green when the battery is on critical saturation state or full. When the battery is just charging to the critical saturation (just switching green), at the moment, it will be better if you charge again for 30-60 minut.

5、性測(cè)試Reliability tting

5.1 *高溫測(cè)試High temperature tting

實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度為65℃&plun;2℃，產(chǎn)品不包裝，持續(xù)時(shí)間為5小時(shí)。在常溫下放置待恢復(fù)后對(duì)其外觀、緣強(qiáng)度、指示功能及電性能進(jìn)行重新測(cè)試。外觀應(yīng)平整無(wú)劃痕、毛刺以及其它機(jī)械損傷，外露金屬部分電鍍層不脫落無(wú)銹蝕；無(wú)擊穿、飛弧現(xiàn)象；指示功能及電性能正常

Experimental temperature is 65℃&plun;2℃, without package, duration is 5 hours.

Put it in the normal temperature .After recovering, we will tt it again to the appearance, insulation strength, indication function and electrical property.

The appearance should ooth, without scratch, burr and other mechanical damage. At the same time , the plating layer of exposed metallic part will not fall off and no rust ; without the phenomenon of breakdown and electric arcing; it is normal for the indication function and electrical property.

5.2*低溫測(cè)試*Low temperature tting

因條件的限制此功能暫未測(cè)試。As limited of the condition, this function is not tted temporarily.

5.3 *恒定濕熱測(cè)試Constant humid&heat tting

    實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度為40℃&plun;2℃，濕度為90%～95%，產(chǎn)品不包裝，持續(xù)時(shí)間為48小時(shí)。測(cè)試后對(duì)其外觀、緣強(qiáng)度、指示功能及電性能進(jìn)行重新測(cè)試。外觀應(yīng)平整無(wú)劃痕、毛刺以及其它機(jī)械損傷，外露金屬部分的電鍍層不脫落無(wú)銹蝕；無(wú)擊穿、飛弧現(xiàn)象；指示功能及電性能正常。

Experimental temperature is 40℃&plun;2℃, the humidity is 90%～95%, without package, duration is 48 hours. After tting, we will tt it again to the appearance, insulation strength, indication function and electrical property.

The appearance should ooth, without scratch, burr and other mechanical damage. At the same time , the plating layer of exposed metallic part will not fall off and no rust ; without the phenomenon of breakdown and electric arcing; it is normal for the indication function and electrical property.

5.4*振動(dòng)測(cè)試(Vibration tting)

頻率為10～55HZ，振幅為0.35mm，每個(gè)方向上掃頻循環(huán)次數(shù)為10次。實(shí)驗(yàn)后對(duì)其外觀、緣強(qiáng)度、指示功能及電性能進(jìn)行重新測(cè)試。外觀應(yīng)無(wú)機(jī)械性損傷，外露金屬部分的電鍍層不脫落無(wú)銹蝕，

  指示功能及電性能正常。

Frequency is 10～55HZ,Amplitude is 0.35mm, each direction upward cycle for 10 tim. After experiments, re-tt its appearance, insulation intensity, indication functions and electricity performance. When appearance has not mechanical damage, the exposed metal parts’ plating layer no fall off and no rust corrosion, it shows normal for indirection function and electricity performance.

5.5跌落測(cè)試Falling tting

高度為1000mm，實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)厚度為20mm的硬木板，6個(gè)表面，每個(gè)方向1次。實(shí)驗(yàn)后對(duì)其外觀、緣強(qiáng)度、指示功能及電性能進(jìn)行重新測(cè)試。外觀應(yīng)無(wú)機(jī)械性損傷，外露金屬部分的電鍍層不脫落無(wú)銹蝕，指示功能及電性能正常。

the height is 1000mm, experiment Dk is hard board of 20mm, 6 surface, one time for each direction, after experiment, re-tt its appearance, insulation intensity,

indication functions and electricity performance. When appearance has not mechanical damage, the exposed metal parts’ plating layer has not fall off and no rust corrosion it shows normal for indirection function and electricity performance.

7、充電器的使用操作指引(Using operation guidance of charger)

7.1本充電器適用于電壓，只要使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)區(qū)域有對(duì)應(yīng)usb端座口就可以跟此充電器匹配使用.(This charger is suitable for global voltage; it can choose the corrponding tip-plug according to users’ different regions that can be used to match))

7.2使用時(shí)操作手應(yīng)握住沒(méi)有五金的部位usb端座口的。

Ensure the plug-in AC socket safety as the operator hold the parts without hardware.

7.3將選用與充電器相匹配的電池，并正確安裝在充電器上使之有良好的接觸，然后接入DC5V電源，充電器指示燈顯紅色為進(jìn)入充電狀態(tài)。LED燈顯藍(lán)色有可能電池本身已飽和或沒(méi)有良好接觸，LED不亮有可能是DC接觸不良或充電器損壞。

Please use the matched battery with charger, and put the battery correctly into the charger, so that they touch well. Then, plug relevant DC power cord. When the light of charger indicat Red,

Means the charger charg the battery. LED light indicat blue, maybe the battery is full, or they couldn’t touch well. If LED light is no light, maybe the DC power cord couldn’t touch the charger well, or the charger is broken.

7.4在充電時(shí)充電器會(huì)有輕微發(fā)熱是正?，F(xiàn)象(因內(nèi)部有發(fā)熱元器件)，所以為了電池充電有良好的充電效果，請(qǐng)將充電器放在通風(fēng)，易于熱量散發(fā)的地方充電. When the charger is charging, there will be a little hot. It is normal situation /phenomenon, because, there are some hotting elements in it. Please locate the charger in the dry and airins place, so that the hot can be get out, and keep the charger well.

8.2貯存Stock

充電器應(yīng)貯存在環(huán)境溫度為-10℃～50℃，清潔、干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)，應(yīng)避免與腐蝕性特質(zhì)接觸，應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離火源及熱源。The charger should be stocked under the temperature -10℃～50℃, in the room of cleanns, dry & airins, don’t touch with the causticy goods , get away from fire and high temperature.

9、使用注意Instruction

9.1Warning

9.1.1此充電器是鋰離子電池的，與其它型號(hào)的電池配套使用有可能不充電或可能充壞電池且有可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致、電池破裂或漏液、人身傷害或財(cái)產(chǎn)損壞。It was exclusive used for Li-Ion batteri，batteri may not be charged or damaged when it match with other t of batteri，even cause explode，rupture and leak，personal injury or property damage。

9.1.2不正確使用充電器會(huì)有觸電的危險(xiǎn)。If one couldn’t use charger correctly, he will be in the risk of touching electric.

9.1.3本充電器于室（車）內(nèi)充電，請(qǐng)勿將其暴露于雨中或雪中。Don’t expose the charger in rain or snow. It is only used in room。

9.1.4請(qǐng)勿分解或組裝充電器。Don’t disemble or emble the charger by yourself!。

9.2  注意事項(xiàng)Notice

9.2.1請(qǐng)勿使充電器落地或?qū)⒅匚镏糜谄渖稀?/span>Don’t drop the charger or put the heavy thing onto it.

9.2.2兒童須成人的監(jiān)督下使用本充電器。Make sure that the Adult take care of the little child when the child is using the charger.
