八。注意事項
1.潮濕包裝Moisture Barrier Bag
To avoid moisture penetrate into PLCC DLED package, the B bag packing is vacuum pack. 為避
免產(chǎn)品在運輸及儲存中吸濕,PLCC D LED 的包裝是用潮的鋁包裝袋抽真裝，并且包裝袋里
面含有干燥劑，干燥劑主要起到控制包裝里的濕度。
2. 儲存Storage
a. The LEDs can be prerved for 1 year in condition of temperature no more than 30℃ and humidity no
more than 60%RH. If more than 12months, recommended the unit go through re-bake procs. 包裝袋密封
后貯存在條件為溫度< 30℃， 濕度< 60%RH，保存期為12 個月。當過保質(zhì)期時，需要重新烘烤。
b.在開包裝之前，請先檢查包裝袋有無漏氣，如果有漏氣現(xiàn)象，請重新烘烤后再使用。After open the
B bag, check any leakage. If found any leakage, reel must go through re-bake procs.
c.開封后請在以下條件使用：溫度< 30℃、濕度在60%RH 以下；如果使用時間出24 小時，須做以
下烘烤處理才可使用。After open the B bag, recommended to be used under temperature <30℃ and
humidity <60%RH. If more than 24 hours, reel must go through re-bake procs.
d.烘烤條件：產(chǎn)品在烘箱在溫度為70℃ &plun; 5℃；相對濕度≤10%RH，時間： 12 小時。Re-bake condition:
Reel bake in condition 70℃ &plun; 5℃ for 12 hours.
e.從包裝中拿出產(chǎn)品再烘烤。在烘烤的過程中不能打開烤箱門。During re-bake procs, not recommend
to open the oven door.
3．靜電放電和沖擊電流D and EOS
a.靜電放電（ D ）或脈沖電流（ EOS ） ，可能會損害PLCC D LED。D and EOS might damage
the product.
b.須佩戴靜電手腕，穿靜電鞋或靜電手套后，才可以進行PLCC D LED 生產(chǎn)。Recommended to
wear D ground strip, D sho.
c.的機械設(shè)備須接地。Recommended machine to be grounded.
4. 焊接Solder
4-1手工焊接作業(yè)Manual solder operation
a.使用的烙鐵須少于25W，烙鐵溫度須保持在低于315℃ ，焊接時間不能過2 秒。
