MQAEJ、QAEJ系列電磁制動三相異步電動機是取代MYUEJ、YUEJ系列的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。它的結(jié)構(gòu)有QA系列電動機和電磁制動器組合而成。它是工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的一種理想的驅(qū)動裝置，由于它具有功率范圍、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、噪音小、制動時間短、制動性能、安裝尺寸（除總長外）與基本系列相同等優(yōu)點，廣泛應(yīng)用于木工機械、齒輪減速及各種金屬切削機床、輕工生產(chǎn)線、紡織機械、化工機械、建筑行業(yè)等。

2.電機性能
低噪音、低振動--通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計及工藝的改進,MQAEJ、QAEJ系列電機在噪音、振動有了大幅度降低，并國際水平。的護等級--電機的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計護等級為IP55,可按客戶要求提供更高要求的護等級。緣等級,增加電機使用壽命--標(biāo)準(zhǔn)電機采用了F級緣結(jié)構(gòu),從而了電機使用壽命,增加了電機性。率--電機采用優(yōu)化設(shè)計,具有較率，可產(chǎn)生可觀的效果。
3.電機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)與原理
--MQAEJ、QAEJ系列電磁制動三相異步電動機，其直流圓盤制動器安裝在電動機非軸伸端的端蓋上。
電機工作原理是：當(dāng)電機接入電源時，制動器的整流器同時接通電源，由于電磁吸力作用，電磁鐵吸引銜鐵并壓縮彈簧，制動盤與銜鐵、端蓋脫開，電機運轉(zhuǎn)，當(dāng)切斷電源時，制動器電磁鐵失去電磁吸力，彈簧力推動銜鐵壓緊制動盤，在摩擦力矩的作用下，電機立即停止轉(zhuǎn)動。電磁制動器的勵磁電壓為直流205伏，整流器電源為交流220伏。靈活的引出線方向--電機接線盒的安裝方式可在電機頂部、左側(cè)、右側(cè),接線盒自身可旋轉(zhuǎn)安裝,71-132機座的接線盒可旋轉(zhuǎn)4*90方向。160及以上機座接線盒可旋轉(zhuǎn)2*180方向。用戶在訂貨時須標(biāo)明接線盒及出線孔方向。美觀的電機造型--機座散熱筋設(shè)計成垂直、水平分布,端蓋、接線盒、風(fēng)罩均為設(shè)計,外形別致美觀。

Mechanical Dign
1.Construion and Principle
The Dc disk-brake of the MQAE,QAEJ seri motors is mounted on the endshield at the nondrive end. The principle for the brake is when power is on, the eleromagnetic brake starts up. By the aion of eleromagnetic force,the iron core attras the armature and comprs the spring,when the brake disk is separated from the armature and end shield,the otor begins to run .When power is off, the iron core of the brake los eleromagnetic force,when the armature is pulled by the spring to comprs the brake disk ,the motor is sped at once by the moment of fraion .Rated voltage of the eleromagnetic brake is 205V(DC).Supply voltage of the reifier si 220v(AC).
2.Thrminal box
Thrminal box are mounted either on the ,or on either side of the motor The terminal box of motors siz 71 to 132 can be turned 4*90' and in motors siz 160*225rotated 2*180'.To enable the supply of suitable terminations for the motor ,please state cable te ,quantity and size when ordering.
3.Polished outward appearance
The external dign of the motors is consistent wiht the dign of the ABB"M2000"family.The frame,cooling ribs,terminal box and fan cover have been rhaped to meet customer's dign preference.
