基于PLZT的高速光束偏轉(zhuǎn)器是通過內(nèi)部植入電極的棱鏡來達(dá)到偏轉(zhuǎn)光束的目的，用此方法可以實(shí)現(xiàn)快速大角度的光束偏轉(zhuǎn)。
偏轉(zhuǎn)角度：大于3度（電壓：20V）
偏轉(zhuǎn)頻率： 小于25MHz.
The PLZT optical beam deflector is equipped with prism electrodes which steers optical beam at large angles at high frequencies. The deflector would be useful for optical switching, wide band tunable filter, image/data processing, and other applications.
Deflection angle> ±3 deg @20V
Deflection frequency < 25 MHz
