酒精耐磨測試儀
本試機符合UL817等有關(guān)標準“特殊橡皮固定于本機磨擦擦錘表面,以一定荷重及次數(shù)安全使用要求的規(guī)定”，適用于有關(guān)生產(chǎn)廠家和質(zhì)檢部門對手機、鍵盤等配件表面進行耐磨試驗,評定其耐磨程度。本機采用可變式凸軸結(jié)構(gòu)，經(jīng)日本原產(chǎn)滾珠傳動，使工作能隨伺服電機作左右雙工位運動，并具有測試中可調(diào)整速度及沖程之功能（不必關(guān)機），調(diào)整非常容易。可顯示測試速度，及設(shè)定試驗次數(shù)；從而達到對各類產(chǎn)品表面之噴油、絲印等印刷體作耐磨擦壽命試驗，其磨擦介質(zhì)為：橡皮擦、棉布等。此設(shè)備廣泛用于塑料、電線、電器、皮革等制造行業(yè)。
