本機試法是取試件約 5m 長，中段撓于規(guī)定直徑之兩個圓輪上，兩端施加荷重，并接通電流，然后以 0.33m / sec 之速度，1m 之行程，移動圓輪，使試件往復彎曲拉伸，當斷線或到達設定次數(shù)，會自動停機，取下試件評定其耐撓曲性質(zhì)。
Cut off the cable about 5 m in length as being the test specimen which shall be kinked over the specified diameter of both wheels and each end has to be loaded with a weight。eanwhile each conductor of sample shall be loaded with a current。Later，at an approximately constant speed of 0.33 m/s to move the wheels over a distance of 1 m to make the specimen be reciprocally bent and tightened。When the specimen breaks down or the preset numbers are reached，the machine will stop automatically。Afterwards，take off the sample and adjudge the characteristic of flexibility。
