一、        技術規(guī)格

PMI-MASTERPRO是用于分析、快速牌號鑒別、金屬材料分選的便攜式直讀光譜儀。

儀器具有兩種非常穩(wěn)定的激發(fā)源：空氣模式下直流電?。―C-ARC）及氬氣模式下的高頻火花（high-frequency-SPARK ）可根據(jù)具體應用任選激發(fā)模式，并可在數(shù)秒內進行切換。基于所選激發(fā)模式， PMI-MASTERPRO既可進行可媲美于實驗室光譜儀的金屬分析，也可進行分析時間只有數(shù)秒的快速材料分選。精密緊湊的設計使得PMI-MASTERPRO具有多功能用途，滿足不同的應用要求。

內置工業(yè)PC機，Microsoft Windows XP^?操作系統(tǒng), 堅固耐用的工業(yè)觸摸屏。配置打印機、網絡、USB等標準接口。 PMI-MASTER PRO同時配備內置電池，可進行無供電電源操作，具有極大靈活性。自動切換。

自從2000年推出以來，PMI-MASTER 系列獲得了世界范圍的廣泛好評，新的設計理念、獨特的設計使得PMI-MASTER系列只通過一個插頭即可換接不同的激發(fā)槍，可輕松應對不同的分析任務。

所有PMI-MASTER 激發(fā)槍均配置獨特氣流噴射技術（ WAS Jet-Stream-Technology），一種特殊的氬氣flush 噴射技術。該技術可使火花室及樣品之間無須密封，輕松檢測各種幾何形狀的樣品，無須使用特殊卡具，管、條、線材均可直接分析。分析曲面樣品如卷曲的鋼盤鋼卷也沒有任何問題。

同時，所有PMI-MASTER 樣品激發(fā)槍配有HPC光纖（ HPC-fibre）。HPC是WAS公司研發(fā)并獨自擁有的高性能光纖技術，HPC光纖沒有飽和效應（solarisation effects ），具有優(yōu)異的傳輸性及穩(wěn)定性。可以方便、、穩(wěn)定地測定C元素及痕量元素。感謝高性能的HPC光纖，?L-Grades“牌號樣品的測定區(qū)分(1.304 ~ 1.304L)不再困難，可以方便簡單地實現(xiàn)。
