3 reliability test 可靠性測試

3-1 high temperature test高溫試驗(yàn)

keep the pt sensor in 500℃ for 1000 hours

3-2 low temperature test低溫實(shí)驗(yàn)

keep the pt sensor in －50℃ for 1000 hours

保持pt傳感器1000小時(shí)內(nèi)溫度都在—50度

3-3 humidity test濕度試驗(yàn)

keep the pt sensor in 60℃ and 90 to 95% RH for 1000 hours

保持pt傳感器1000小時(shí)內(nèi)溫度都在60度，90至95%相對(duì)濕度

3-4 thermal shock test熱沖擊試驗(yàn)

keep the pt sensor in 0℃ ice water for at least 15 sec.,

Then within 10 sec. directly put into 100℃ hot water for at least 15 sec..

保持pt傳感器在0度的冰水中至少15秒，然后在10秒內(nèi)，將其投至100度的熱水中至少15秒

the above process should be proceeded for

after each item test valuation of item 1-1 should be within 0.12% and item 1-3 should exceed 100m ohm at 500vdc
