Application

Flexible use in laboratories, for testing of different materials via the heat processing in which the charge doesn’t emit any incursive matters  which could attack the coils or the brick lining.

Description of the construction of the furnace:

* frameless construction with the mantle created by a hooped rust-free metal plate

* portal of the door of fireproof adapting pieces

* protective blue glass in the peep-hole of the door

* door of the hooped metal plate is tank shaped

* thrust is extrapolated by the ductile springs

* muffle insulated by sedge of the mineral fibre and cased by insulation desks

* door reinforced by an insulation plate

* heating spiral wound on the muffle

* door equipped with a security limit switch

* feeder cables procurated by the uniphase bolts

* furnace equipped with a the cooling fan

* controller HT40 enables accurate controlling to standard values

* type S thermocouple placed on the back side

Equipment of the furnace includes:

* manually opening door swings up
