PMI-MASTERSORT是用于分析、快速牌號(hào)鑒別、金屬材料分選的便攜式直讀光譜儀。 

PMI-MASTER具有兩種穩(wěn)定的激發(fā)源：空氣模式下直流電弧（DC-ARC）及氬氣模式下的高頻火花（high-frequency-SPARK）可根據(jù)具體應(yīng)用任選激發(fā)模式，并可在數(shù)秒內(nèi)進(jìn)行切換。基于所選激發(fā)模式，PMI-MASTERSORT既可進(jìn)行于實(shí)驗(yàn)室光譜儀的金屬分析，也可進(jìn)行分析時(shí)間只有數(shù)秒的快速材料分選。精密緊湊的設(shè)計(jì)使得PMI-MASTERSORT具有多功能用途，滿(mǎn)足不同的應(yīng)用要求。

內(nèi)置工業(yè)PC機(jī)，Microsoft Windows XP^™操作系統(tǒng),堅(jiān)固耐用的工業(yè)觸摸屏。配置打印機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、U等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口。PMI-MASTER SORT同時(shí)配備內(nèi)置電池，可進(jìn)行無(wú)供電電源操作，具有大靈。自動(dòng)切換。

PMI-MASTER激發(fā)均配置氣流技術(shù)（WAS Jet-Stream-Technology），一種的氬氣flush技術(shù)。該技術(shù)可使火花室及樣品之間無(wú)須密封，輕松檢測(cè)各種幾何形狀的樣品，無(wú)須使用卡具，管、條、線材均可直接分析。分析曲面樣品如卷曲的鋼盤(pán)鋼卷也問(wèn)題。

同時(shí)，PMI-MASTERSORT樣品激發(fā)配有HPC光纖（HPC-fibre）。HPC是WAS公司研發(fā)并獨(dú)自擁有的光纖技術(shù)，HPC光纖沒(méi)有飽和效應(yīng)（solarisation effects），具有優(yōu)異的傳輸性及穩(wěn)定性。可以方便、、穩(wěn)定地測(cè)定C元素及痕量元素。感謝的HPC光纖，„L-Grades“牌號(hào)樣品的測(cè)定區(qū)分(1.304 ~ 1.304L)困難，可以方便簡(jiǎn)單地實(shí)現(xiàn)。
