一  電池結(jié)構(gòu)

1電解液固定方式：電解液由氣體二氧化硅及多種添加劑以膠體形式固定.注入時為液態(tài)，可充滿電池內(nèi)的空間。

2柱密封方式：多層耐酸橡膠圈滑動式密封，了使用壽命后期群生長時的密封。

3 板：鉛鈣錫無銻多元合金，管式正板管芯可采用高壓壓鑄工藝生產(chǎn)，晶格細小均勻，耐腐蝕性好，電池的使用壽命長。

二 電池性能

1浮充性能：由于電解液比重低，浮充電壓相對也比較低另外膠體的散熱性也遠玻璃棉，無熱失控事故，浮充壽命長。

2深循環(huán)性能：的含磷酸膠體和含錫正板合金，電池的循環(huán)性能和深放電恢復(fù)能力。

3自放電：由于選用的材料，電解液比重低，電池的自放電率為0.05-0.06%/天，電池常溫下可儲存二年無須補充充電。

4電解液的層化：被膠體均勻地固化分布，無濃度層化問題，電池可豎直或水平任意放置。

5低溫性能好：較寬的使用溫度-40℃—60℃，適用于各種環(huán)境
