高架橋式三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)/TCX

堅(jiān)固穩(wěn)定的大型龍門(mén)式三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)，三軸全部采用高剛度、大承載氣墊，具有大理石和鋼兩種材質(zhì)，以滿(mǎn)足不同與測(cè)量范圍的要求。不論在測(cè)量空間的任何位置，TCX都可以通過(guò)穩(wěn)定的運(yùn)動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)高的位置檢測(cè)。必要時(shí)，通過(guò)雙光柵雙驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，保證整機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)調(diào)穩(wěn)定、在復(fù)雜的動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量中保持的幾何，有效完成大型復(fù)雜形狀工件的掃描測(cè)量。具有多種控制系統(tǒng)與軟件配置備選，可以滿(mǎn)足不同的性能與價(jià)格要求。支持雷尼紹全系列測(cè)頭系統(tǒng)，選配相應(yīng)附件時(shí)，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)非接觸掃描與測(cè)量等逆向工程應(yīng)用。

The TCX gantry designed measuring machine is ideal for ispection of large components. With the main X-axis guide rails elevated above floor level, high accuracy can be maintained in the entire space and damage from component loading eliminated.

A major advantage of this design of CMM is the considerably reduced moving mass of the bridge thus avoiding geometric distortion when measuring dynamically. Large TCX machine has dual drive/dual scales along X-axis. This ensures that the X and Y are orthogonal whilst measuring dynamically with an electronic touch probe.
