拉矯機(jī)
本設(shè)備選用了連續(xù)矯直型的拉矯機(jī),其主要作用是拉坯并對圓弧形的鑄坯連續(xù)矯正成直鑄坯。拉矯機(jī)傳動系統(tǒng)的電機(jī)采用變頻電機(jī),通過變頻裝置,電機(jī)可在較大范圍內(nèi)改變轉(zhuǎn)速,適應(yīng)不同拉速的需要。工作時,拉矯機(jī)必須克服拉坯過程中結(jié)晶器內(nèi)的摩擦力、二冷裝置阻力、矯直阻力等。因為影響拉坯速度的因素很多,所以必須根據(jù)不同的情況調(diào)整拉坯速度。驅(qū)動引錠桿時,調(diào)高拉矯機(jī)的傳動速度。上驅(qū)動輥與脫錠輥的上升和下壓動作采用冶金液壓缸,具有運動平穩(wěn)的特點。油缸的工作壓力4-8 Mpa;拉矯機(jī)輥身具有耐磨性好的優(yōu)點。
Withdrawal Straightener
The continuous casting machine employes continuous straightening type withdrawal straightener, which continuously straightens the arc-shape billets. The withdrawal straightener is driven by AC frequency conversion motor, which allows a large-range speed regulation. In the casting process, the withdrawal straightener has to overcome the friction force from the crystallizer and resistance from the secondary cooling device. There are a number of factors affecting the casting speed, and the casting speed has to be adjusted according to different situations. When driving the dummy bar, the worker should increase the speed of the withdrawal straightener. The ascent and downward pressing move of the upward driven roller and billet-off roller respectively are managed through the hydraulic cylinder. The working pressure of the oil cylinder is 4-8Mpa. The rollers of the withdrawal straightener has the advantage of wearproofness.
