DL-8442 Blade strength testing apparatus

該測試儀是根據(jù)ENISO8442-1：1997標準中的有關章節(jié)而設計制造的。主要原理為在刀具施加的力，并保持10S時間，然后撤去施加力，測出其變形角度。

This testing apparatus is designed and manufactured according to the related clause of EN ISO 8442-1:1997 standard. Main principle: add force to blade center for 10 seconds, and then remove added force and measure distortion angle.

該測試儀由PLC可編程序控制器、液晶觸控顯示屏、步進電機控制的傳動機構、百分表顯示的實測撓度、打印機等組成?？稍O定規(guī)格、跨距，在觸控屏上實時顯示實測撓度、試驗時間、受力彎曲角度、變形角度，并可由打印機打印出測試數(shù)據(jù)。

This testing apparatus consists of PLC programmable controller, LED, tranission organization of step motor, printer and etc. Specification and span can be set. Touch screen displays test time, distortion angle and etc on real time. And printer can print the testing data.
