YI-B Visible impurity tester

本檢測(cè)儀是依據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)藥典》2005版新增檢測(cè)方法中的有關(guān)條款而設(shè)計(jì)制造的。使用5.7英寸液晶觸控屏顯示和設(shè)定，采用的PLC可編程控制器，人機(jī)對(duì)話界面，中英文菜單顯示，檢測(cè)高，干擾能力強(qiáng)。適用于各種環(huán)境，程序升級(jí)簡(jiǎn)便，適用于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的升級(jí)和更新。

本檢測(cè)儀采用光散射法檢測(cè)原理，可檢測(cè)人眼發(fā)現(xiàn)的劑藥液中的異物；可檢測(cè)人眼無(wú)法檢測(cè)的有色透明容器包裝或液體色澤較深的品種。

高分辯率和高靈敏度可排除"人工燈檢法"主觀判斷因素的誤差

New test method in (2006 edition)

It adopts 5.7 inches LCD touch screen to display and set parameter, and advanced PLC programmable controller. It displays Chinese and English menu, and its precision is high. It also has high anti-jamming ability.

It adopts light scattering test principle which can test impurity in the transfusion (tested mote size is not limited: more than 25 micron)

It can test colored transparent container package or deep color and luster liquid breed.

High differentiate rate and sensitivity to exclude subjective factors influence of "manpower test";

Fully automatic test and high performance data processing competence;

Test scope: 2 ML~20ML (Ampoule)

It automatically demarcates and calibrates to eliminate parts' excursion warp; it can set different test limit.
