 ◆用途 Application

快速升降溫箱 冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)，用來測試材料結(jié)構(gòu)或復(fù)合材料，在瞬間下經(jīng)極高溫和極低溫的連續(xù)環(huán)境下所能承受的程度，藉以在最短時(shí)間內(nèi)試驗(yàn)其因熱脹冷縮所引起的化學(xué)變化或物理傷害，適用的對象包括金屬、塑料、橡膠、電子。。。等材料，可作為其產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)的依據(jù)或參考。

◆特點(diǎn) Features

·此設(shè)備分為高低溫區(qū)、低溫區(qū)、測試區(qū)三部分，測試樣品完全靜止。采用獨(dú)特之蓄熱、蓄冷結(jié)構(gòu)，強(qiáng)制冷熱風(fēng)路切換方式導(dǎo)入測試區(qū)，完成冷熱溫度沖擊測試。

·可獨(dú)立設(shè)定高溫、低溫及冷熱沖擊三種不同條件之功能，執(zhí)行冷熱沖擊條件時(shí)，可選擇2槽或3槽之功能并具有高低溫試驗(yàn)機(jī)的功能。

◆多種歐美企業(yè)進(jìn)口壓縮機(jī)（Compressor）

為達(dá)到用戶對產(chǎn)品做極低的溫度測試，KSUN公司為設(shè)備配備了復(fù)疊式制冷系統(tǒng)。并采用低溫級為R23或R508B，高溫級為R404或R507的“綠色環(huán)保”制冷劑，根據(jù)美國環(huán)保部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，該類制冷劑可用到2030年之后，禁用日期還未確定；為使該制冷系統(tǒng)獲取更佳的制冷效果，KSUN公司為機(jī)械配備了世界企業(yè)法國泰康（TECUMSEH）公司生產(chǎn)的全封閉式壓縮機(jī)，對于設(shè)備制冷有更高要求的則采用德國比澤比（Bitzer）或德國谷輪公司（DWM COPELAND）生產(chǎn)的半封閉式壓縮機(jī)。
