Inspector 454 is the perfect entry-level computer controlled CMM for any industrial metrology applications, thereby to increase the throughput and accuracy of all your measurement and inspection operations.
Inspector 454主機(jī)采用全鋁結(jié)構(gòu)，同時(shí)，在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用了廣泛的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)中的有限元分析原理和模塊化設(shè)計(jì)原理，使得整機(jī)系統(tǒng)具備了改善的抗溫變能力和抗形變/扭擺能力，提高了整機(jī)空間結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性，降低了結(jié)構(gòu)微形變、振動(dòng)以及溫度梯度變化對(duì)測(cè)量性能的影響。閉式空氣軸承設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化了測(cè)量機(jī)各軸的機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng),因此，整機(jī)系統(tǒng)在測(cè)量過(guò)程中表現(xiàn)出極高的重復(fù)性和系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)期的穩(wěn)定性。
From the base machine structure point of view, Inspector 454 features all-aluminum construction and utilized comprehensive CAD techniques, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Module Analysis, with the result of improved thermal, dimensional/torsional, and geometrical stability and reduce structural deflection and the effects of vibrations and thermal variation on measuring performance. Wrap-around air bearing design optimizes the axis kinematics movement. Therefore the whole system characterizes the optimum measuring repeatability and long-term system consistency.
