This powerful industrial metrology software features an easy-to-use operator interface that guides you through part programming, setup and inspection routine execution. Advanced graphics reporting functions let you configure inspection results to meet your specific data analysis needs. One of the features of PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) is its intuitive self-teach capability that allows programming a part on the CMM without the help of a CAD file. The unique capability of PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) is its ability to recognize the feature type (line, circle, cylinder, etc.) from the points taken to measure it. After the measurement of a feature is completed, PC-DMIS BASIC (DCC) automatically defines the type of the element you measure, gives you the essential information, and draws the feature of the part on the screen. And this dynamic drawing is useful for the operator to realize the feature construction function through the integration of the defined element with the other features.
