  The analyzer can be used to test and analyze the 12V power battery for Automobile and Electronic Bike, test Indexes includesVoltage、Start Ability(CCA)、Internal Resistance、Life Stage、Remaining Capacity、Stability Test Of The Chargeretc. TheDynamic Internal Resistance Tester, is the only one Online System to test the constantly changing of the Internal Resistance of the battery when charging or discharging. The test precision is the same to the famous tester in the world, but the practicability and the ease for use，none of the others can be compared with.

    Howtestseries overcomes the weak point that make the voltage as the standard only for batteryremaining capacity, but weintegrate effects of voltage、internal resistance、temperature，and form in ownalgorithm which is exact and rapid, the Remaining capacity equals to the result tested bydischarge flow method, it is efficient and useful.

Ⅱ. Main functions

The tester can test the following indexes:

1．Voltage

The voltage of off load and on load for 12V battery. The tester will tell us the lowest voltage and the maximum fall of voltage in the starting process, Help the user to evaluate the quality of the battery.

2．Internal Resistance

The internal resistance is the most important index of the battery. The tester can test the internal resistance veraciously.Help the user to evaluate the life stage and the ability to store power of the battery,

3．Remaining capacity

Indicates the current real capacity of battery left, It is compared to the new and fully charged statement. unit is %.

4．Use lifeStage

according to the parameter tested, make a comprehensive evaluation for the quality of battery, life divided into 7 stages: very good、good、Mid +、middle、Mid -、bad、scrapped.

Because of the characteristic of the scrapped battery is so similar to the battery overcommitted, For to avoid to the wrong conclusion, when the test result isscrapped,and the voltage is lower than 12.5V, the tester will shows:Scrap. Recharging and test again.

5. CCA (Start Ability)

Evaluate the start ability of the battery by test the CCA.

5.1、Test off-load

CCA（Cold Cranking Amps）is a rating used in the battery industry to rate a battery’s ability to start an engine in cold temperatures, this rating is the number of amperes that a new fully charged battery can delivery at 0ºF(-18ºC)
